At Noma Projects, we strive for the highest quality in every pantry staple and piece of merchandise; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, returns are typically limited to non-food items in original condition.
Return Process
- 1.Review Eligibility
Ensure your merchandise is unused and in its original packaging; please note that food products, including our ferments and sauces, cannot be returned for food safety reasons.
- 2.Contact Our Team
Email our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or the reason for your exchange request.
- 3.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the non-perishable items and include your original packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return immediately upon arrival.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or a store credit will be provided for future Noma Projects discoveries.
